No fixed times. Work through materials whenever. Three pre-planned live evenings across six weeks, all recorded.
How is this different from a course or book?
information isn't your gap. You need coaching, accountability, and personalised weekly feedback on your specific situation — not generic advice.
Personal attention in a group?
Yes — every check-in gets a personal voice note back from me. Capped at 8 women so it stays intimate.
How do we track progress?
